I, customer (hereinafter, “I”), authorize you, RCR Technology Group (hereinafter, “you” or “RCR Technology Group”) to perform the services and/or repairs indicated above and furnish necessary materials. I understand that any cost is an estimate and the final bill may be different and subject to applicable taxes. Your technician may operate the computer for diagnostic, repair and testing purposes.
I own and or am otherwise licensed to use the stated (or installed) software and authorize RCR Technology Group, its agents and/or employees to use it to install, repair, or otherwise service my computer system. I further agree to indemnify, hold harmless, and defend RCR Technology Group, its agents and/or employees against any claims, demands, losses, or actions resulting from RCR Technology Group, its agents, and/or employees use of the stated (or installed) software to install repair, or otherwise service my computer system.
I hereby acknowledge that during the course of or as a direct or indirect result of the actions or omissions taken by RCR Technology Group, its agents and/or employees to repair or otherwise service my computer system, including but not limited to, the hard drive, monitor, and any and all software or other hardware, data may be irretrievably lost.
I agree that you will not be responsible for loss or damage in case of fire, theft, or any other cause beyond your control. I understand that an express technician lien is acknowledged on the above equipment to secure the amount of repairs and/or service. I also understand that the length of time required to service/repair my computer cannot be predicted.
All services and repairs are guaranteed for 30 days from the completion / acceptance date on the Service Order. If I am unsatisfied with RCR Technology Group’s services, I will promptly notify RCR Technology Group in writing of the specific defect and the nature of the defect and return it to RCR Technology Group in accordance with the instructions issued by RCR Technology Group. Following receipt, RCR Technology Group, at its sole discretion will repair the product if the defect claimed is verified by RCR Technology Group and was caused by RCR Technology Group’s actions. RCR Technology Group will make reasonable efforts to repair the defective product at its sole discretion. If later found that the service or repair was incorrectly diagnosed by the technician, then RCR Technology Group will perform the repair/service free of any labor charge. Only the new parts will be charged. No other costs taken by the customer will be reimbursed. The remedies set forth in this article are the sole and exclusive remedies available to customer.
I UNDERSTAND THAT RCR TECHNOLOGY GROUP EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, IMPLIED OR EXPRESS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
